US midfielder Brek Shea posted a perception on social media on the bloody pig's head that had been placed in the locker of Stoke striker Kenwyne Jones. The Trinidad and Tobago international didn't read the funny side of this joke (he's a Rastafarian and doesn't eat pork), and then – in retaliation – plonked a brick through Glenn Whelan's car or truck window. Stoke City have become internally investigating the problem.
"The Club takes seriously reports of incident at our Training Ground today, " said a affirmation from Stoke City. "A full internal investigation can be carried out and those liable for any unacceptable behaviour shall be dealt with as stated by the Club's disciplinary measures. "
