Carry Folks were Helped by former Patriotsa Lineman Joe Andruzzi To Security Following Boston Convention Bombings

Regardless of the blue shirt and the muscles, thatas maybe not Superman. But if you had been to call Joe Andruzzi a, bad-ass superhero, few would disagree. Andruzzi, in the photograph here carrying a female to safety after the Boston Marathon bombings, is a former New England Patriots offensive lineman who owns three Super Bowl rings and a reputation for helping people in some trouble. His three brothers all work for the Newest York City Fire Dept., and responded to the 9/11 attacks. And Joe is just a cancer survivor, having fought off non-Hodgkinas Burkittas lymphoma, and eventually founding the Joe Andruzzi Foundation, which raises money for kids and adults undergoing cancer therapy. Andruzzi won the Ed Block Courage Award in 2002. It was in conjunction with his foundation that Andruzzi helped to organize a group to run at the Boston Marathon, and he was near the end line on Monday if the explosions occurred. Thatas where this picture was taken of Andruzzi helping among the victims. As Andruzzi and his spouse, Jen, were not on Twitter for several hours, several people were caused by this to get yourself a little concerned for their well being.
