The report states that £17.6m could be enough to land the Sevilla pair, and see the Spanish winger and French youngster arrive at the Etihad Stadium this summer.
Charles Perrin writes: "The Citizens are planning a major overhaul of the squad, with Edin Dzeko, Joleon Lescott and Kolo Toure set to leave the Etihad.
"City are looking to firm up their summer shopping list early, as they want to steal a march on rivals Manchester United, who are on course to unseat them as Premier League champions.
Talksport reckon that Benfica target Omar Abdulrahman has turned down a loan switch to the Portuguese club because he's holding out for a move to City.
A report on the website states: "The Al-Ain playmaker spent two weeks on trial at the Etihad Stadium last year and says the opportunity was "an honour", despite failing to land a deal at the club.
"The Emirati club were open to the deal but the 21-year-old UAE international decided against it, with a move to England top of his wish list."
Finally, despite widespread reports that he'd like to return to Germany in the future, Edin Dzeko has denied speculation that he's already spoken to Borussia Dortmund about a move at the end of this season.
David Anderson writes in the Daily Mirror:" Dzeko, who was top scorer in the Bundesliga in 2009-10, rejected claims he has met Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp, but admitted he admires the German champions.
"'That's not true,' he said. "There is a lot of talk and a lot is written. If you believed every word, I'd be playing at FC Bayern or AC Milan by now.
"'Dortmund are a top club. Everyone in Europe can see that and with Jurgen Klopp, they have a great coach working there.'"
